Shipping & Returns

We ship to all Countries. We only ship with payment in advance. You can pay with Paypal, or Bankmoneytransfer. Minimum Order is 25,- We ship with German DHL only. Every Parcel will have a ID number, so it can´t get lost. If you pay with Paypal, you will get your money back, if we dont have a shipping ID number. Shipping prices depends, in which Country, and how much it weight. EU: 16,- Euros till 5kg if it is total over 150,- shipping is 8,- € World: 34,- Euros till 5kg if it is total over 200,- shipping is 17,- € You may have to pay import-fees in Swiss, and all non EU Countries, we can´t do anything against this.
